Wauneta V. Frey

Wauneta V. Frey, daughter of Wayne and Lorean Frey was born on November 26, 1936 in Texas County, Missouri and passed away on August 31, 2011 in Columbia Manor in Columbia, Missouri, at 74 years of age.
Wauneta grew up in the Number One Community in Texas County, Missouri, where she attended her early years of school. She and her family lived in California for twelve years, where she was a member of the Assembly of God Church and later moved to Columbia, Missouri.
She was a nurse for thirty-four years and was employed at the Candle Light Lodge.
Wauneta was preceded in death by her parents: Wayne and Lorean Frey.
She is survived by her brother: Winfred “Bud” Frey and his wife, Ellen, of East Moline, Illinois; her daughter: Barbara Baney, born in 1953, of Columbia, Missouri; two sons: James Baney, born in 1956, of Columbia, Missouri, and Donald Baney, born in 1962, of Des Moines, Iowa; four grandchildren: Justin Baney, born in 1989, of Columbia, Missouri, Jeremy Baney, born in 1990, of Columbia, Missouri, Jared Baney, born in 1993, of Columbia, Missouri, and Paige Baney, born in 2003, of Des Moines, Iowa; the father of Barbara, James, and Donald: Eulas Baney of Fort Madison, Iowa; and other relatives and many friends who will sadly miss her.
