Wanda Marie Eiszele

December 30, 1940 — July 2, 2010

Wanda Marie Eiszele was born in Needles, California on December 30, 1940. She was the daughter of John T. and Thelma (Helsley) Howard. She departed this life on July 2, 2010 following a long illness at her residence. She was 69 years of age.
Wanda grew up in southern California and attended Baldwin Park High School. She worked various clerical jobs and worked as a purchasing agent for Tinker & Raser who manufactured metal detectors. She was united in marriage to Perry Eiszele on July 12, 1969. She and her family moved to Norwood, Missouri in 1978.
Wanda was a true animal lover and raised all kinds of animals on the family farm near Norwood. She especially loved cats, and specialized in raising Boxer dogs.
She enjoyed treasure hunting with her metal detector and she collected old bottles and rubber ducks. She had a quirky sense of humor and always made an entertaining conversation.
Wanda also worked at Brown Shoe Company until the factory closed. She finished her career at Aarons Automotive in Springfield, Missouri.
She is survived by two sons: Jeff Schnurr and Vickie of Norwood, Missouri and Jim Schnurr of Columbia, Missouri; two grandchildren: Brennen Sapp and Keasha Sapp, both of Norwood; one sister: Virginia Serghides and her husband, Tony, of Hartville, Missouri; two nephews and their wives: Dwayne and Missy Serghides and Ricky and Jennifer Serghides, all of Arkansas; and a special best friend: Toni Hicks of Sun City, California; other relatives and friends who will miss her very much.
