Tressa Nicole Ratterree, daughter of Teresa (Strong) Crisp and the late Wesley Crisp, was born July 17, 1986, in Mansfield, Missouri, and departed this life October 10, 2023, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. She was 37 years of age.
Tressa grew up and attended school in Norwood, Missouri, and she graduated from Norwood High School with the class of 2005. She and Michael Fairchild were blessed with their daughter, Ella Nicole, in 2007. Tressa was united in marriage to Brandon Ratterree on October 29, 2011, in Hartville, Missouri, and two sons were born to this union: Bowen Dean in 2014, and Fynnley Rydge in 2017. She also gained a son, Cole Hayden, with their marriage. Tressa graduated from Paul Mitchell Cosmetology School and she owned and operated her own beauty salon, Country Diva Salon. After the birth of her third child, Fynnley, she decided to become a stay-at-home mom.
Tressa's hobbies included hunting, fishing, playing cornhole, gambling, riding four wheelers, and swimming. She also enjoyed going to the lake and the beach, jamming to music, watching her kid's ballgames, and refinishing old furniture. Tressa rededicated her life to the Lord and was baptized in 2018, after attending an Ashes to Beauty Conference.
She was preceded in death by her father, Wesley Crisp, her grandmother, Betty Miller, her grandfather, Harold Strong, her grandfather, Lonnie Crisp, and two aunts, Cheryl Beavers and Ginger Hunter.
Tressa is survived by her husband, Brandon Ratterree, one daughter, Ella Fairchild, three sons, Bowen Ratterree, Fynnley Ratterree, and Cole Ratterree, her mother, Teresa Crisp, one brother, Weston Crisp and his wife, Brooke, her grandmother, Sandy Housley and her husband, Monte, her step-grandmother, Kaye Crisp, two aunts, Annette Burt and Loretta Ellis and her husband, Donnie, one uncle, Anthony Crisp and his wife, Mandy, her mother-in-law, Laura Hartman, and many friends and extended family who will miss her.
