Timothy Dale Bass, son of the late Sidney Arthur and Minnie Pauline (Cannon) Bass, was born May 10, 1967, in Marshfield, Missouri, and passed away February 15, 2024, near Hartville, Missouri. He was 56 years, 9 months, and 5 days of age.
Timmy was raised and attended school in Hartville, and graduated from Hartville High School with the class of 1985. Throughout his working career, Timmy wore many hats. He worked on a barge on the Mississippi River, milked for different people, and drove a feed truck. Currently he had an Amish transportation business, he drove Amish children to and from school, and also transported duck eggs for Blanco Farms.
Timmy’s true passion lay in being a dedicated family man. He cherished moments spent with his kids and grandkids, finding immense joy in planning get-togethers and barbecues with his loved ones.
He had been saved and baptized, and often spoke about Jesus. Amazingly, Timmy could recite almost any Scripture in the Bible.
In his leisure time, Timmy indulged in various hobbies that brought him happiness. Whether it was hunting in the great outdoors or riding motorcycles during his younger years, he always found solace in the things he loved. Playing solitaire on his phone, rooting for the Kansas City Chiefs, and trying his luck with lottery tickets were also among his favorite pastimes.
Timmy was preceded in death by his parents, Sidney “Buddy” Bass and Pauline Washburn, and one grandson, Remington.
He is survived by one son, Christopher Bass, three daughters, Klarissa Carroll and her husband, Bobby, Chasity Snyder, and Shaniah Bass, sixteen grandchildren, Gracyn, Nevaeh, Bailey, Colton, Cameron, Weston, Bobbi-Jo, Anakin, Hunter, Kira, Aiden, Ethan, Coraline, Temperance, Stetson, and Mia, two brothers, Gary Bass and his wife, Patti, and Rick Bass and his wife, Anna, three sisters, Kathy King, Trudy Taylor and her husband, Ronnie, and Heather Widner, a special friend, Brandi Villa and her son Riley, and many nephews, nieces, and friends who will miss him.
