Roy Tate

Roy Tate, son of Lloyd Tate and the late Bessie Berry, was born at Blanche, Missouri, on January 13, 1950, and departed this life on January 5, 2018, at the age of 67 years, 11 months, and 23 days, after a long illness.

Roy enjoyed riding and breaking horses. He also loved to read books about the old west. He attended the First Baptist Church of Mountain Grove.

He was preceded in death by his mother, three brothers, one sister, and one grandson.

Roy is survived by two daughters, seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, six brothers, four sisters, and several nephews and nieces.

A private service for the family is pending.
