Rosa Mae Mcgowan

Rosa Mae McGowan, daughter of the late Lavestie and Hortense (Bergeron) LeBlanc, was born March 13, 1934, in Orangefield, Texas, and passed away August 21, 2019, at Century Pines Assisted Living in Ozark, Missouri, at 85 years of age.

Rosa married Roy Merle McGowan March 14, 1951, and enjoyed being a homemaker. Rosa and Roy had four children.

Besides her parents, Rosa was preceded in death by her husband, Roy, two brothers, J.C. LeBlanc and Butch LeBlanc, and two sisters, Leona LeBlanc and Dorothy Anglin.

She is survived by her children, Debra Bruton, Wayne McGowan, Sharon Allen, and Janelle Cobb, her grandchildren, Jennifer Blumer, Jacob Bruton, Evan Cobb, Nicci Westbrook, Jesse McGowan, Paul McGowan, and Kristy Atkinson, great-grandchildren, Ryan, Olivia, and Allison Blumer, Noah, Jack, and Georgia Bruton, Craig, Kyle, Megan, and Lauren McGowan, Miller and Jacob McGowan, Taylor and McKenzie Atkinson, siblings, J.W. LeBlanc, Margaret Saucier, and Junior LeBlanc.
