Ronald Ray Hyde, son of the late Don and Dalpha (Cockerham) Hyde, was born May 28, 1939, in Tulare, California, and passed away February 22, 2018, at Autumn Oaks Caring Center in Mountain Grove, Missouri, after a short illness. He was 78 years, 8 months, and 25 days of age.

Ron worked as a carpenter, truck driver, and construction worker. He loved white bass fishing, golfing, and hunting with his family and friends. Ron had a great sense of humor. He was always the life of the party and would do anything for a laugh.

Besides his parents, Ron was preceded in death by one sister-in-law, Nadine Hyde.

He is survived by his wife, Ginny, of Mountain Grove, Missouri, one son, Doug Hyde and his wife, Julie, of Kansas City, Missouri, one daughter, Rhonda Hyde, of Springfield, Missouri, one step-son, Michael McCarty of Branson, Missouri, one step-daughter, Kristie McCarty of Mountain Grove, Missouri, one brother, Bill Hyde of Mountain Grove, Missouri, one sister, Phyllis Sullivant and her husband, Bob, of Raytown, Missouri, twelve grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and many other family and friends who loved him and will miss him greatly.
