Robert Donald Jeffrey Ii

Robert Donald Jeffrey II, son of the late Robert Donald and Janice (Scholfield) Jeffrey, was born October 19, 1949, in Little Creek, Virginia, and passed away September 19, 2023, at his home in Seymour, Missouri, at the age of 73 years and 11 months.

Robert was born and raised in Little Creek, Virginia. He proudly served his country with the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam war and was honorably discharged on October 31, 1969. After his time with the Marines, he worked in sawmills for 30 years as a planerman.

Robert was a writer, and he wrote poetry and several children’s books. He also enjoyed going camping, fishing, and spending time with family.

Besides his parents, Robert was preceded in death by two sons, Jeremy and Matthew Jeffrey, and one brother, James Muller.

He is survived by his loving wife, Clarice Jeffrey, three sons, Clyde Lucas and his wife, Karen, Elroy Marshall and his wife, Alethea, and Gabriel Jeffrey, one daughter, Brandie Lynn Brewster and her husband, Savoy, one brother, Fred Muller and his wife, Anna, two sisters, Pamela Escue and Janice Ortez and her husband, Raymond, fourteen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and other relatives and friends who will miss him very much.
