Rickey Cleve Fletcher was born September 25, 1954, in Mountain Grove, Missouri, to Dale and Leta (Pittenger) Fletcher and left this life Friday, February 26, 2021, peacefully at his home in Roby, Missouri. He was 66 years, five months, and 1 day of age.
Rick was united in marriage to Pam Helton and this union was blessed with three children.
While a truck driver for most of his adult life, he enjoyed spending time with his kids, grandkids, family and friends as often as possible. Rick also enjoyed hunting, fishing, ATV riding, trips to the lake, and watching old John Wayne movies. If you passed by his house, you would likely see him on the tractor doing lawn work. He took great pride in keeping up his property. His greatest joy, however, were moments he got to spend with his grandkids, who he could never say no to.
Along with being a loving father, grandfather, neighbor and friend, he enjoyed time spent with relatives. Rick looked forward to the family reunion where he could reconnect with those he loved.
Rick was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Shirley Valentine.
Rick is survived by his children, Monique Fletcher, Natalin Fletcher, and Clinton Fletcher and wife, Denise, all of Plato, Missouri, two grandchildren, Tenasia “Tia” Fletcher and Gunner Fletcher, two brothers, Bill Fletcher and wife, Janie, of Graff, Missouri, and Larry Fletcher and wife, Carol, of Newburg, Missouri, one sister, Kathy Crisp of Garland, Kansas, and many other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to either the Lions Club of Roby or Citizens Center of Roby.
