Rebecca Jane (Buckner) Davidson

Rebecca Jane (Buckner) Davidson, daughter of the late Harold W. and Betty J. (Warnke) Buckner, was born on December 18, 1960 in Brook, Indiana, and departed her earthly life on Wednesday, May 22, 2013. She was 52 years of age.
Rebecca grew up and attended school in Eddyville, Kentucky. She lived the majority of her adult life in southern Missouri. Rebecca was united in marriage to Andre Davidson on March 29, 2001. They lived life together in their home north of Mountain Grove, Missouri. She worked diligently for Dairy Farmers of America for 13 years, and resigned two years ago to serve her family as a housewife.
Rebecca had many talents, which included sewing and playing guitar. She loved to garden, and spent numerous hours planting and nurturing her plants. She also enjoyed going antiquing and attending auctions in hopes of finding a bargain. Rebecca generously offered her finds to her friends and family without hesitation. Her love for people and animals was evident to those around her.
Rebecca was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be truly missed by those who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her husband: Andre Davidson of their home; two sons: John Pinnegar and his wife, Abbie, of Springfield, Missouri, and Michael Whittenberg of Goldsboro, North Carolina; one daughter: Sarah Jane Whittenberg of Cabool, Missouri; her loving adopted father: Eldon Davidson of Mountain Grove; one brother: Keith Buckner; two sisters: Carol Johnson and her husband, Kenny, of Paducah, Kentucky, and Anna Harper and her husband, Jerry, of Cadiz, Kentucky; one grandson: Michael Thomas Lee Whittenberg; and other relatives and friends.
