Paul Kuster

Paul Arthur Kuster, son of the late Donald and Katherine (Barton) Kuster, was born April 13, 1951, in Mountain Grove, Missouri, and departed this life May 8, 2023, in Springfield, Missouri. He was 72 years and 25 days of age.

Paul grew up in the Mountain Grove area. He worked as an over-the-road truck driver for a few years, and then joined the United States Navy and served his country for many years. Later, he drove a trash truck and also worked for Summit Natural Gas. He also had his own well drilling business and a portable sawmill that he enjoyed operating and traveling around with.

Paul really loved life and lived it to the fullest. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and shooting guns. Paul loved working outside on his farm, and he also liked to garden. He also really enjoyed going to visit friends and family and getting to spend time with them.

Paul was preceded in death by his wife, Kun-cha “Jenni” Kuster, two brothers, Roy Kuster and Donald Kuster, and one sister, Anna Palmer.

He is survived by two sons, Jeff Kuster and his wife, Gena, of Mountain Grove, Missouri, and Mike Kuster and his wife, Brandy, of Springfield, Missouri, one daughter, Marissa Raney of Mansfield, Missouri, his grandchildren, two brothers, Lee Kuster and his wife, Teresa, of Mountain Grove, Missouri, and Gary Kuster of Mountain Grove, Missouri, four sisters, Helen Moore and her husband, Les, of Mountain Grove, Missouri, Kathy Walker of Mountain Grove, Missouri, Ruth Storey and her husband, Wally, of Weatherford, Oklahoma, and Linda Reed and her husband, Donnie, of Norwood, Missouri, and many other extended family and friends who will miss him.
