Patsy (Ipock) Freeman

Patsy (Ipock) Freeman, daughter of Kenneth Wayne and Anna Elizabeth (Emerick) Ipock, was born October 7, 1952, in Springfield, Missouri, and departed this life June 4, 2022, in Springfield, Missouri, at the age of 69.

On October 5, 1988, she was united in marriage to Steve Wayne Freeman, and he preceded her in death on November 28, 2021. Also preceding her in death were her parents.

Patsy graduated Seymour High School, class of 1970. She then attended Longview Community College in Lee's Summit, Missouri, and in the 1980’s she earned her LPN and worked at Cox Hospital. She was baptized in 1985 at the Glenstone Baptist Church in Springfield, Missouri.

Patsy enjoyed knitting scarves for friends, sending letters and cards, listening to music, doing arts and crafts, writing poetry, but she especially enjoyed spending time visiting with her family and friends.

Patsy is survived by her brothers, Dennis Ipock and wife, Geraldine, of Seymour, Missouri, Ellis Ipock and wife, Beth, of Seymour, Missouri, and Fred Ipock and wife, Nancy, of Springfield, Missouri, sisters, Kelly (Ipock) Stafiej and husband, Jim, of Marshfield, Missouri, and Shelly Ipock of Springfield, Missouri, brother-in-law, Kevin Freeman and wife, Della, of Highlandville, Missouri, many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
