Paris Wayne Caudle

March 12, 1935 — June 18, 2013

Paris Wayne Caudle, son of the late Finis Sylvester Caudle, Sr., and Ethel Francis (Sumner) Caudle, was born on March 12, 1935 in Wright County, Missouri, and departed this life on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at 78 years of age.
Paris grew up and attended school in Wright County. He served his country in the United States Marine Corps in the 1950’s. He was united in marriage to Dora Elizabeth Dowsey on June 28, 1958. Four children were born to this union. Dora passed away on February 28, 1991.
Paris later married Betty Lane. They made their home in the Cabool, Missouri area for the past seven years.
Paris was employed as a drywall hanger for many years. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially when opossum and coon hunting. He also enjoyed tending to his farm chores, taking care of his horses, and collecting antiques.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Finis and Ethel Caudle; and by his first wife: Dora Caudle.
He is survived by his wife: Betty Caudle of Vandalia, Missouri; three sons: Richard Gregory Caudle of Joplin, Missouri, Russell Dean Caudle and his wife, Brandy, and Robert Dwayne Caudle and his wife, Karen, all of Lebanon, Missouri; one daughter: Sandrea Taylor of Cabool, Missouri; two brothers: F.J. Caudle and his wife, Loretta, of Columbia, Missouri, and Phil Caudle of Houston, Missouri; three sisters: Wilma Mings of Columbia, Missouri, Margie Glick of Amarillo, Texas, and Jan Snipes and her husband, Jerry, of St. Charles, Missouri; eight grandchildren: Randal Taylor, Shanna Taylor, Harley Mowan, Sebastian Mowan, Matthew Caudle, Shawn Caudle, Kevin Caudle, and Holly Caudle; and a host of other relatives and friends who will miss him very much.


Visitation: Friday, June 21st

from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM in
the funeral home.


Funeral Service: Saturday,
June 22nd at 10:00 AM in
the Craig-Hurtt Chapel.



Burial: Lone Star Cemetery
