Paris Ervin Prock, son of the late Hayden and Ruth (Dorris) Prock, was born on July 10, 1928 in Plato, Missouri and departed this life on December 19, 2016, in Springfield Missouri, at 88 years, 5 months, and 9 days.

Besides his parents, Paris was preceded in death by his wife, Audrey; grandson, Colin Matthew Prock; and two brothers, Haskell and Roy Prock.
He is survived by his four children, William (Bill) Dean Prock of Danville, Indiana, Terry Lynn Horine of Scottsdale, Arizona, Daphne Diane Tromblee of Branson, Missouri, David Wayne Prock of Lebanon, Missouri; his grandchildren, Deana, Hayden, Kim, Michael, Megan, Zach, James, Danna, Jason, Leanne, Tessa, Kristin, Elizabeth, and Dalton; 12 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren; his brother, Sterling Prock of Indiana; and his sister, Christine Melton of Indiana; as well as many nephews and nieces and friends who will miss him.
