Pamela Kay (Lindsay) Garrett, daughter of Bill and Thelma (Bryant) Lindsay, was born on August 3, 1952, in Cushing, Oklahoma, and departed this life on August 2, 2016, at her home in Mountain Grove, Missouri. She was 63 years, 11 months, and 30 days of age.
Pamela grew up in Liberal, Kansas and later moved with her family to Duncan, Oklahoma. There she met James Garrett, and they were united in marriage on October 9, 1979.
Pamela loved people and enjoyed visiting with her family and friends. She was saved and baptized, and was a member of Faith Community Church of the Nazarene. Pamela enjoyed raising dogs and loved animals. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Pamela is survived by her husband, James Garrett of the home; four step-sons: Michael Garrett and his wife, Linda, of Robinson, Illinois, Mitchell Garrett of Noble, Oklahoma, Matthew Garrett of Moore, Oklahoma, and Marcus Garrett and his wife, Renee, of Ft. Clark, Illinois; one brother: Michael Lindsay and his wife, Teresa, of Mountain Grove, Missouri; fourteen grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
