Nita Wynell Williams, daughter of the late Howard and Agnes (Klingingsmith) Greenlee, was born on October 12, 1934, and departed this life on October 18, 2017, at her residence in Cabool, Missouri. She was 83 years and 6 days of age.
Nita was born in Astoria, Missouri, and was raised in the Graff Community. She graduated in Houston, Missouri, then moved to Kansas City and worked as a telephone operator. She returned to Fort Leonard Wood and worked in the PX as a cashier for twenty years until her retirement. She loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren. They meant everything to her. She also loved her cats and dogs very much. Nita enjoyed sharing meals with friends and family. She also liked to watch TV and liked to visit cemeteries and learn the history of her family.
She was married to Ronald Graves and a daughter was born to this union, Victoria.
Besides her parents, Nita was preceded in death by her sister, Virginia Walker.
She is survived by her daughter, Victoria West and her husband, Ernest, of Cabool, Missouri, one sister, Vonna Farr and her husband, Richard, her grandchildren, Christian Graves and Brittany West, great-grandchildren, Britttney Trueblood, Logan Graves, Kira Graves, Alera Graves, Isabelle Graves, Zane Crawford, and Quinn Daniels, several nieces and nephews, and other family and friends who will miss her.
