Nancy is survived by her son: Sam Tetrick and his wife, Debbie, of Galena, Missouri, her daughter: Linda Johnson and her husband, Bruce, of Monett, Missouri, two brothers: Lloyd Freeman and his wife, Ruth, of Mountain Grove, Missouri, and Leonard Freeman and his wife, Madge, of Mountain Grove, Missouri, two sisters: Omma Luallen of Mountain Grove, Missouri, and Mary Collins of Mountain Grove, Missouri, her brother-in-law: Wayne Tetrick and his wife, Ruby, her sister-in-law: Ruby Skiles, her three grandchildren: Roy of Springdale, Arkansas, Alexia of Casper, Wyoming, and Chris of Kimberling City, Missouri, two great-grandchildren: Kaelin and Dakota, and a host of other family and friends.
