Melissa Ann “Missy” Wynn, daughter of Ronnie and Della (Todd) Sawyers, was born October 21, 1975, in Lebanon, Missouri, and the Lord called her home, January 4, 2023, at her home in Hartville, Missouri. She was 47 years, 2 months, 14 days of age.

Missy had lived in Hartville her entire life. She attended Hartville schools and graduated Hartville High School in 1994. She was a hard worker with a great work ethic. Missy worked for the State of Missouri and was recently promoted to Family Division Supervisor.

Missy was married to the love of her life, Tim Wynn, and they were united in marriage on December 8, 2019, in Mansfield, Missouri.

Missy attended Little Creek Baptist Church where she sang and travelled with the church puppet ministry during her teenage years. She was a very driven and selfless person, always putting others before herself. Missy would greet you with a smile or a hug, she was a hugger with a big heart.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Cassidy Alexa Sharp, and her father-in-law, James Wynn.

Survivors include her husband, Tim, of the home, her daughters, Caitlyn and Cori Sharp both of Hartville, Missouri, her parents, Ronnie and Della Sawyers of Hartville, Missouri, her mother-in-law, Vicki True of Ozark, Missouri, brothers, Ronny Sawyers and wife, Jolene, of Seymour, Missouri, and James Wynn and wife, Cheryl, of Harrison, Arkansas, sisters, Kim Wynn of Ozark, Missouri, and Jess House and husband, Brandon, of Phillipsburg, Missouri, nieces and nephews, Garrett Chastain and wife Kara, Kendric Manning, Jaci House, Graci House, Tre Sawyers and wife, Sydney, Mason Sawyers and wife, Delaney, and Stone Sawyers, many cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Missy was an exceptionally loving and caring person, who never met a stranger. She was a big people person and touched many people everywhere she went. Everyone knew her as a dedicated, loyal, friendly, fierce, but gentle and caring soul. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and caring friend. We celebrate her wonderful life and will always cherish the many happy memories she created with us.
