Lucy Florence (Kramer) Brazeal, daughter of the late Frank Tony and Ethel Florence (Jewell) Kramer, was born October 17, 1924, in Gandy, Nebraska, and passed away March 12, 2019, in Autumn Oaks Caring Center in Mountain Grove, Missouri. She was 94 years, 4 months, and 23 days of age.
On December 16, 1941, Lucy was united in marriage to James Oliver Brazeal. Three children were born to this union, James William, Jewel Marie, and Sheila Rose.
Lucy was a devoted and hard worker. She worked for Brown Shoe Company and retired from there in 1989. She was also an ordained Assembly of God minister. Lucy was a strong woman of faith and read her Bible daily. She loved her family and was proud of each and every one of them. She set forth a Christian example before her family and instilled God’s Word and His love in their hearts. She was very knowledgeable of the Scriptures and loved to minister to people. She attended Victory Tabernacle as long as her health permitted.
Besides her parents, Lucy was preceded in death by an infant son, James William Brazeal, three brothers, Charles Kramer, Irvin Kramer, and Ernest Kramer, two sisters, Rosella Mason and Elsie Fortner, and the father of her children, James Oliver Brazeal.
She is survived by two daughters, Jewel Williams and her husband, Vess, of Lebanon, Missouri, and Sheila Wade and her husband, Lonnie, of Cabool, Missouri, one sister, Violet Robbins of Glenoma, Washington, eight grandchildren, Theresa Sees, Brenda Crawford, Clinton Todd, Cindy West, Amanda Wade, Justin Wade, Jessica Bruce and Erin Harwood, twelve great grandchildren, Carla, Curtis, Brad, Brian, Brent, Kara, Courtney, Johnna, John Wayne, AdaLena, Andolin, and Ezra, ten great-great grandchildren, and other relatives and friends who will miss her very much.
