Lillie May (Roadlander) Bradshaw went through Heaven’s door at her daughter’s house in Ozark County, Missouri. She was 96 years, 3 months, and 11 days of age.
May was born May 27, 1923, in Wright County, Missouri, the daughter of Charlie and Ida Roadlander. She went to a country school when she was young. She married Donald Bradshaw on July 4, 1940, in Norwood, Missouri. Two children were born to this union.
May was the best of mothers and an amazing homemaker. She retired from Brown Shoe Company after thirty-four years of dedicated work. She and her family enjoyed spending holidays together and all the simple things in life. She also enjoyed crocheting in her spare time.
May was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Donald, her daughter-in-law, Tina Bradshaw, her grandson, Daniel Bradshaw, and one great-granddaughter, Danekka Dobbs, six brothers, and three sisters.
She is survived by her daughter, Katie Tetrick and her husband, Windle, her son, Johnny Bradshaw and his wife, Cathy, her granddaughter, Elizabeth Young and her husband, Jeremy, her great-granddaughter Mickail Dobbs, three step-granddaughters, Katie, Grace, and Deidre, three step-great-grandchildren, Jason Jr., Hayley, and Jaxon Young, twelve step-great-great-grandchildren, one sister-in-law, and many other family and friends.
May will be greatly missed and forever remembered.
