Lena Bell Williams

Lena Bell Williams, daughter of the late Thomas and Mary (Lunsford) Frame, was born on December 4, 1921, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and departed this life on August 8, 2015, at Autumn Oaks Caring Center in Mountain Grove, Missouri.
On June 12, 1939, Lena Bell was united in marriage to Edward A. Williams in Napa, California. Five children were born to this union: Mary, Edwina, Jeanette, George, and James.
Lena Bell was a member of the VFW Womens Auxiliary. She loved to crochet, scrapbook, and collect plates, bells, and angels. Lena Bell was a great cook. She made wonderful homemade biscuits from scratch. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Besides her parents, Lena Bell was preceded in death by her husband: Edward, on January 22, 1965; her daughter: Edwina, on August 25, 2000; three brothers: Luther Frame, Vaughny Frame, and Barney Frame; and four sisters: Mae Frame, Elizabeth Warner, Etta Fore, and Emma Randal.
She is survived by two sons: George Williams and his wife, Susan, of Mountain Grove, Missouri, and James Williams of Mountain Grove, Missouri; two daughters: Mary Arnold of Cabool, Missouri, and Jeanette Pearson of Mountain Grove, Missouri; sixteen grandchildren; Mark, Randy, Christopher, Kathleen, Michael, John, Debra, Rebecca, Mary Beth, Ruth, Robert, James, Jimmy, Kelly, Jessica, and Kaytlyn; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.


Visitation: Saturday, August 15, 2015 from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM in the Craig-Hurtt Chapel.

Funeral Service: Saturday, August 15, 2015 at 2:00 PM in the Craig-Hurtt Funeral Chapel.

Burial: Hillcrest Cemetery, Mountain Grove, Missouri
