Larry Dean Prock

Larry Dean Prock, son of Nina (Hutsell) and the late Bryan Prock, was born on August 27, 1952, in Pasco, Washington and departed this life on September 21, 2014 in the Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville, Arkansas, following a short battle with liver cancer.

In 1957, Larry and his family moved to Lynchburg, Missouri. He attended school in Plato, Missouri, where he completed 11th grade. In 1971, Larry joined the Army and served his country. Larry was united in marriage to Nancy Kidd, on September 29, 1986. Four children were born to this union.

Larry became a drywall contractor for several years and later owned and operated his own truck with his son, Robert, until his passing. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and especially visiting with his friends and family. Larry accepted the Lord as his personal Savior in August of 2002, in Lincoln, Arkansas.

Larry was preceded in death by his father, Bryan Prock. He is survived by his wife of almost 28 years: Nancy Prock of their home; his mother: Nina Prock of Mountain Grove, Missouri; two sons: Greg Prock of Mountain Home, Arkansas, and Robert Prock of Lincoln, Arkansas; two daughters: Renee Bradford and Regina Marshall, of Lincoln, Arkansas; one brother: Bryan Eldon Prock and wife, Barbara, of Niangua, Missouri; one sister: Lisa Cantrell and husband, Les, of Lynchburg, Missouri; two grandchildren: Matthew Prock, and Van Eldon Prock; three step-grandsons: Justin, Ashton, and Dalton; one nephew: Michael Prock; three nieces: Alesha Cook, Kelly Cantrell, and Krystal Brock; and a host of other family and friends who will greatly miss him.
