John A. Daugard

John Adam Daugard Jr., son of the late John Adam Sr. and Barbara (Jonikus) Daugard, was born on January 11, 1924, in Chicago, Illinois, and departed this life on October 22, 2015, at Kabul Nursing Home in Cabool, Missouri. He was 91 years, 9 months, 11 days of age.
John attended school in Downers Grove, Illinois. He worked for Caterpillar in Peoria, Illinois, from 1948 until 1968. John later moved to Mountain Grove and operated Northside Welding/Machine Shop. He enjoyed woodworking and tinkering around the farm.
Besides his parents, John was preceded in death by one sister: Barbara Sylvia (Daugard) Loess. On October 23, 2015, Johns brother Phil, followed him in passing.
He is survived by one brother: Richard and his wife, Susan, of Mountain Grove, Missouri; one nephew: Richard Daugard Jr. and his wife, Jennifer, of Mountain Grove, Missouri; six nieces: Hannah Daugard, Taleisa Baker and her husband, Alan, of Mountain Grove, Missouri, Katie Sellars and her husband, Joe, of Norwood, Missouri, Nancy Diaz of Illinois, Susan Perez of Illinois, Sharon Bukowski of Illinois; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
