Jimmy Dale Lambdin, son of the late Edger Alfred “Bill” and Elsie Mae (Nichols) Lambdin, was born November 15, 1942, in Cowell, Arkansas, and departed this life April 18, 2018, at his home in Rogersville, Missouri. He was 75 years, 5 months, and 3 days of age.
Jimmy graduated from Cabool High School in 1961. He married Mayme Bushong on November 1, 1962, in Elk Creek, Missouri. One son was born to this union. Jimmy and Mayme owned and operated a service station in Illinois for many years before moving to Rogersville. Jimmy also worked for John Deere for seventeen years. He greatly enjoyed fishing and camping.
At the time of his passing, Jimmy was a member of the Church of Christ of Rogersville.
Besides his parents, Jimmy was preceded in death by one brother, Jerry Lambdin.
He is survived by his loving wife of their home, Mayme Lambdin, and his son, William Dale Lambdin, both of Rogersville, Missouri, nieces, nephews, and many friends who will miss him dearly.
