Janice Marie Crouch, daughter of the late William and Betty Geraldine (Sutton) Brown, was born December 28, 1959, in Cabool, Missouri, and passed away suddenly December 10, 2019, in Springfield, Missouri. She was 59 years, 11 months, and 13 days of age.
Janice spent most of her early years in Nixa, Missouri, and graduated from Nixa High School in 1978. She worked microfilming medical records for several years. Janice met Steve Crouch and they were married May 19, 1984, in Nixa. One daughter, Jamilin, was born to this union.
After marrying and having a daughter, Janice became a full time homemaker. She loved working in her home and in her yard. She was a wonderful gardener, growing productive gardens and beautiful flowers. She also loved doing crafts that she used in her home or gave to others. Janice was a very good cook. She loved to host family gatherings for holidays and special events.
Janice was preceded in death by her parents, William and Betty Brown.
She is survived by her husband, Steve, of Springfield, Missouri, one daughter, Jamilin McClung and her husband, Brian, of Republic, Missouri, two sisters, Linda Jensen of Butler, Missouri, and Mickey Woodrow and her husband, Brad, of Sun City West, Arizona. She will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
