Harvey Leo Perkins

Harvey Leo Perkins, son of the late Leo Albert and Juanita (Mings) Perkins, was born on November 5, 1964 in Mtn. Grove, Missouri and departed this life suddenly on Friday, December 18, 2009 at his residence north of Mtn. Grove at the age of 45 years.
Harvey grew up and attended school in Wright County and graduated from Mtn. Grove High School in 1983. He was united in marriage to Barbara Hicks on December 22, 1984 in Mtn. Grove. One son was born to this union.
Harvey was employed as a welder for boat manufacturing companies for many years and later he became a truck driver.
He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing and farming. He enjoyed visiting with his many friends and family.
He is survived by his ex-wife: Barbara Perkins; one son: Robert Perkins and his wife, Lacey, of Dora, Missouri; one brother: Larry Perkins and his wife, LeJune, of Mtn. Grove; one sister: Barbara Baker and her husband, Dearl, of Mtn. Grove; one grandson: Brayden Lee Perkins; and a host of other relatives and friends who will miss him very much.

Tuesday, December 22, 2:00 PM in the Craig-Hurtt Chapel.
Visitation:
Tuesday, December 22, 1:00 - 2:00 PM before the service.

Manes, Missouri
