Gary W. King

Gary W. King, son of Floyd and Virginia (Hendrickson) King, was born on May 30, 1949 in Advance, Missouri, and departed this life on Saturday, January 12, 2008 in the Iroquois Memorial Hospital in Watseka, Illinois. He was 58 years of age.
At the time of his death, Gary was living in Watseka near his family. While living in the Mtn. Grove, Missouri area he worked for Unique Services, where he made many friends. He enjoyed country music and eating at different restaurants.
He is survived by a brother and sister-in-law: Larry and Connie King of Chebanse, Illinois; a nephew: J.D. King of Chebanse, Illinois; three aunts and uncles: Shirley and Warren Beckman of Lincoln, Nebraska, Freida and Wayne Woodward of Mtn. Grove, Missouri, and Virgie and Lyle Corkill of Manes, Missouri; six cousins: Julie, Shelly, Randy, Mike, Adam, and Tammy; and many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss him.
Funeral services were held, Thursday, January 17, 2:00 PM in the Craig-Hurtt Chapel with Rev. Ronald Turner officiating. Burial was in the Hillcrest Cemetery under the direction of the Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home, Mtn. Grove, Missouri.
