Debra LeVonne (Ritchie) Newman-Smith, daughter of Dennis and Bernice (Barker) Smith, was born on July 3, 1957 in Oakland, California, and departed this life on November 16, 2014 in Mountain Grove, Missouri. She was 57 years, 4 months, and 13 days of age.
