David Wayne Prock, son of Paris Ervin and Audrey Mae (Stephens) Prock, was born on January 25, 1959, in Cabool, Missouri, and departed this life on June 1, 2022, at his home in Lebanon, Missouri. He was 63 years, 4 months and 6 days of age.
David grew up around Mountain Grove and Lebanon, Missouri, and last attended high school at Lebanon, Missouri. He worked in the drywall business for approximately 48 years. He first learned his craft by working with his dad, Paris, and later worked mostly for himself.
He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing with his dad and brother, Bill, and at times with friends. He was known for his skills with the bow and arrow. He also enjoyed playing guitar.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his nephew, Colin Matthew Prock.
David is survived by his significant other of 15 years, Beverly Day; his four daughters and one son, LeAnne Mings of Lebanon, Missouri, Tessa Fisher of Nixa, Missouri, Kristen Hart of Houston, Missouri, Elizabeth Hedglin of Lebanon, Missouri, and Dalton Myler of Fayette, Missouri; his seven grandchildren and his four great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, William "Bill" Prock of Danville, Indiana; and his sisters, Terry Horine of Chatsworth, California, and Daphne Tromblee of Branson, Missouri; and many nieces and nephews. David was loved and will be missed by his family and many other relatives and friends.
