Cindy Rehnna Porter

Cindy Rehnna Porter, daughter of Bonnie and the late Lonnie G. Rogers, was born August 23, 1969 IN Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri and passed away on April 2, 2010 at the Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains, Missouri.
Cindy grew up and was raised in the Manes community. She attended Elementary school in Manes and graduated from Mountain Grove High School in 1987. She attended the Missouri State University and St. John’s School of Nursing where she became a registered nurse.
Cindy married Clay Towell. Two daughters were born to this union. Cindy later married Rodney Porter on October 19, 2002. One daughter was born to this union. Cindy was artistic and crafty and enjoyed painting and drawing. She also enjoyed being outdoors and gardening.
She loved spending time with her family and many friends. Cindy was saved and had been baptized and was attending the Crossroads of Faith Church.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lonnie, on March 7, 2010.
She is survived by her mother, Bonnie; three daughters: Bailey Towell and Jamie Towell of Mountain Grove, and Savanna Porter of Springfield, Missouri; three sisters: Tammy Kelley and her husband, Russell, Tabatha Skaggs and her husband, Eric, and Terenna McLean and her husband, John, all of Mountain Grove; her grandmother: Mary Luckey; and many other friends and relatives who will dearly miss her.


Funeral Services:
Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at 10 AM in the Craig-Hurtt Chapel.
Visitation:
Tuesday, April 6, 2010 from 6-8 PM in the funeral home.
