Carmen was united in marriage and to this union four children were born: Celeste, Walter Michael, Cathy and Caryn, whom she adored and raised with love and strength.
She lived most of her adult life in Dobbs Ferry, New York. Carmen dedicated much of her life to helping others, and worked as a home health coordinator for 30 years prior to retiring. One of her favorite pastimes was to read.
In 2018 she rededicated her life to her faith and Jesus Christ.
Carmen is survived by her four children: Celeste Meneses, East Chester, New York, Walter Michael Meneses and his wife, Mary, Bowling Green, Ohio, Cathy Lewis, Cabool, Missouri, and Caryn Meneses, and Joey, Woodbury, Connecticut.
