Melany and Bradley were united in marriage on August 11, 2007, and to this union one daughter was born. They had made their home in Rogers, Arkansas, for several years.

Melany was preceded in death by her mother, Vonda.

Bradley was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Shirley.

They are survived by their daughter Emma.

Melany is also survived by her father, Ray Hambelton of Sparta, Missouri; brother, Alvin Ray Hambelton, Jr. of Sparta, Missouri; several uncles, aunts, and cousins and many friends.

Melany was born in Independence, Missouri, and raised in West Plains, Missouri, where she was a graduate of the West Plains High School Class of 1986. She had worked at Mercy Eye Clinic and had been an administrative assistant for a doctor’s office in St. Louis. She currently was teaching in a kindergarten class and helped in school activities and was an overseer of class projects. In high school, Melany excelled in music and choir, winning competitions with her choir group. In her spare time, she loved playing tennis, swimming and all church activities.

Bradley was born in Kansas City, Kansas, and moved with his family to Mansfield in 1970. He graduated from Mansfield High School in the Class of 1982. He worked with his dad at Mansfield Tire for a few years before working in maintenance at a poultry processing plant. He and Melany moved to Rogers, Arkansas, where he was the supervisor of maintenance at Cargill in Springdale, Arkansas, at the time of his passing. In his spare time, he enjoyed antique guns, reloading, and restoring old vehicles.

Bradley, Melany, and Emma had made a profession of faith in Christ at a young age and were currently members of the First Baptist Church of Rogers, Arkansas.

Emma was the love of their lives and they would do anything they could for her. They guided her young life to the Lord with their care and own Christian belief. We are devastated at the loss of Bradley and Melany, but we know they are in good hands.
