Alixandria Nicole Woods

Alixandria N. Woods passed away in a car accident on the night of Wednesday, June 28, 2023. Born August 8,1995, she was 27 years old at the time of her passing.

Ali was an amazing young woman who cared deeply for those she counted as friends and family.

A warm-hearted, loving Auntie, she could often be found spending time with her nieces and nephews. She enjoyed fishing, riding horses, and the simple things in life. Ali was generous, kind, and devoted to her people. She was a jokester, with a dazzling smile that could light up the room. She was loved and will be missed by many.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Dennis Glenn, great-grandmothers, Laura Glenn and Ruby Wright, and beloved dog, Cocoa-Puff.

She is survived by her husband, Davis Benedict of Nemo, Missouri, dog daughter, Scarlett Renee, parents, Gary and Tammy Nephew of Springfield Missouri, aunt, Toni Cosgrove of Hartville, Missouri, uncle, Peter Cosgrove of Willard, Missouri, cousins, Arielle and Andrew Hennager of Seymour, Missouri, Tiffany Parker and Logan Hall of Marshfield, Missouri, Anna and Zac Hignight of Seymour, Missouri, Tori Glenn of Seymour Missouri, and Allison Williams of Seymour, Missouri, along with many nieces, nephews, her best friend, Scarlett, other family and friends who loved her dearly.

Ali touched many lives, and the family asks that you join us in celebrating her July 15, 2023, at the Seymour YMCA from 4-8 P.M.
