Albert Ray Branson

Albert Ray Branson, son of Tommy Jesse Branson and Belva (Haggard) Branson, was born December 6, 1945, in Branson, Missouri, and departed this life January 29, 2023, at Cox South Medical Center in Springfield, Missouri, at the age of 77 years, 1 month, and 23 days.

In 1969, he was united in marriage to Shirley Stigall, and to this union four children were born.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, and two sisters.

Albert is survived by his wife, Shirley; sons, James Branson and wife, Ruby, of Fordland, Missouri, Thomas Branson of Seymour, Missouri, and Justin Branson of Marshfield, Missouri, daughter, Kristina Knauer of Springfield, Missouri; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

He was a telemarketer, was of the Baptist faith, and in his spare time, liked to go fishing.
