Addylyne Grace Ratterree

Addylyne Grace Ratterree, daughter of Kalen and Mercedes (Britt) Ratterree, was born May 27, 2020, in St. Louis, Missouri, and was welcomed into the arms of Jesus Christ on April 25, 2022, in St. Louis, Missouri. She was 1 year, 10 months, and 29 days of age.

Addylyne was a beautiful, courageous angel given no hope or quality of life even before she was born. She came into this world full of hope, life, and love by the grace of God and fought through every day despite the doctors saying her life would end during pregnancy. Over her almost two years of life, she faced quite a few medical challenges. She was in and out of hospitals, but touched every life she came in contact with. During her short time on this earth, she showed how precious life was and how miracles were real every single day. Everybody was always so moved by her story. Addy (Our Chunky Butt, Hunny Bunches, Little Piglet) had a gummy smile and light coo that could melt any heart. After almost two precious, memorable years, her medical complications got to be too much and her fight and battles ended. Our precious princess gained her angel wings and went home to be with the Lord.

She loved her family and her family loved her so much, and we are completely heartbroken and shocked. She will never be forgotten, will always be remembered, loved, and missed so dearly.

Addylyne is survived by her parents, Kalen and Mercedes Ratterree, one sister, Raylee Ratterree, two brothers, Paxton and Matthias Ratterree, paternal grandparents, Bobby and Nancy Ratterree, maternal grandparents, Darrin and Pamela Britt, paternal great-grandparents, Jerry and Irene Ratterree and Phyllis (Mac) French, uncles, aunts, and cousins who will miss her dearly.
